Photo Concept rendering — Soulbound House, opening spring 2026
We're opening a space.
Not a café. Not a co-working space. Not a wellness studio. Something that doesn't quite have a category yet.
Soulbound House is a small, candlelit basement space on Bank Street in Ottawa's Glebe neighbourhood. Part Japanese tea house, part Canadian cabin, part speakeasy for the soul. A place where phones go quiet, tea is poured, and people share what's real — a story, a poem, a song, or just silence.
We hold 15 people at a time. You won't get lost in a crowd. You'll be seen.
What happens here?
During the day, it's a quiet refuge — members drop in to sit, think, meditate, or meet a friend over tea.
On evenings and weekends, we host Soulbound Stories — intimate gatherings where people share their own stories. The only rule: it has to be short and it has to be true and after that, well, it can be whatever you want it to be.
We'll also host private sessions for teams and small groups — no slides, no icebreakers, just a room designed for honest conversation.

Follow the build.
Over the coming weeks, we'll be sharing the transformation — from empty basement to something soulful. Follow along here on the blog, or join the mailing list to get updates in your inbox.
This is just the beginning.
